What is an Apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a balanced approach of on-the-job training blended (online) learning and classroom education. They provide you with the skills, qualities and knowledge needed for your chosen career that will also lead to nationally recognised qualifications. During your Apprenticeship, you’ll earn whilst you learn, giving you the opportunity to start and progress your career in your chosen role.
